For paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges that you incur. France Mate reserves the right to change its fees at any time upon notice to you.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize France Mate to charge your payment method.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FRANCE MATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
