Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price worked out?
Each placement has a fixed monthly price based on the page it appears on and the size of the advert. The homepage and the site-wide footer cost the most, smaller banners on help and community pages cost the least.
Can I have more than one placement?
Yes. Buy as many placements as you like, each with its own advert and its own monthly price. Contact us if you want a package across several pages.
What size advert do I need?
You don't need to know. Choose the placement and the ad builder creates artwork in exactly the size that slot requires, along with the wording.
How quickly can I go live?
Your advert is created instantly and reviewed by our team, usually within 24 hours. Once approved it appears in the placement you bought.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. Pause or cancel any placement at any time with no lock-in period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe.
