The studio
Two rooms, oak floors and big windows over the rue Notre-Dame. No mirrors, no queues for machines, no one selling you a twelve-month contract.
You can drop in for one class, buy a card of ten, or come every week. Teachers stay after class for questions, always.

Inside the studio

The only class I have ever kept going to. I came for my back and stayed for the people.
Emily R., Chartrons
I had never done yoga before and was nervous. Nobody made me feel like the new one.
Paul D. · Beginners' course
Naïma's prenatal class got me through the last three months of my pregnancy.
Classes in English, in France, with French people in them. That mix is exactly what I wanted.
Questions
No. Mats, blocks, straps and blankets are here, cleaned between classes. Bring water and a towel.
Classes are capped at twelve, so book online. If a class is full, join the waitlist — places open up most days.
Every teacher teaches in both languages in the same class, so you will never miss an adjustment.
